Welcome to Psychedyes (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing our hand-dyed apparel or art prints, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a transaction.
1. General Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products, artwork designs, or website content without express written permission from us.
2. Artisan Product Nature & Dye Variations
Handcrafted Unique Variations: Every garment and art print is individually hand-dyed in small batches. While we follow consistent studio recipes for our color palettes, subtle differences in color placement, saturation, and pattern folds are inherent to the artisan process. These variations are not considered defects, but rather a characteristic of authentic wearable art.
Product Colors: We strive to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible on-screen. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and lighting.
3. Orders & Pricing
Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Order Rejection/Cancellation: We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout.
Accuracy of Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times: Small-batch products generally ship within 2–5 business days, unless specified otherwise (e.g., custom studio requests).
Delivery Risks: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
5. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Return Window: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition. Items displaying signs of wear, washing, or altercations will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact our studio within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can issue a replacement or store credit.
6. Care Instructions & Garment Longevity
Follow all provided washing instructions (cold water, gentle cycle with mild detergent, low heat or line dry). We are not liable for damage or fading caused by improper laundry care, harsh chemical detergents, or bleach usage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logo marks, graphic designs, original tie-dye patterns, imagery, product descriptions, and text is the exclusive intellectual property of Psychedyes and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Psychedyes, our directors, employees, or artisans be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Psychedyes is registered.
